Good evening! Today I will talk about my favorite food of all life. The oranges. Oranges are a sweet and sour fruit that are usually sold in winter. Oranges are natural, and you can make countless sweet and savory recipes with them. For example, from using them in a cake, to using them in sushi. How does it affect my health? In my school stage, I had an addiction to oranges. I had to give them up for a couple of years because the doctor told me that eating too many could give me a stroke. I ate 30 to 50 a day. Despite all this, oranges are beneficial for health. They have strong decongestant properties and in addition to having a large amount of vitamin C.
